hye everyone.
this is my first post here.
i want to create websites and do similar stuff.but i dont know where to begin.
i downloaded a tutorial on HTML and found it simple enough.what next??
do i need to learn a programming language like Java.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here is good practise.

You have to know what kind of site you want to make.
for example:

You are going to make a website for your cat.
You need to make aplan and write down all the information you are going to show on the site. Like cat food and whatever.

Do those pages first.

Now you want to ad interactivity for your site. You want your site capable of receiving submission from visitors. Then you need to (no you don't need to learn ins and outs) implement script on your web pages. hot-scripts.com has everything ...

or else for free...

and the more advanced stuff on your site than you need more knowledge to master all the bells and whisles of the web applications.
