Scrolling Image Gallery

I wasn't sure if I wanted to put this in the coding section or not.

I want a horizontal scrolling gallery, somewhat like this: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/cmotiongallery.htm

I would rather it not be flash but in the end it doesn't matter.

Can someone show me more examples of horizontal scrolling galleries that have tutorials too? I've been searching the internet finding not much of anything.

Hey Liz,

I wanted to do something similar for a college project. Took a lot of searching but evetually found this tutorial on youtube.

Worked pretty well in the end.
One thing to note, its in Actionscript 2.0. I started it in 3.0 and about an hour in discovered my mistake...

The youtube video I already had bookmarked just in case. But thank you :)

I've never used jquery so that would be very new to me. I've been in school for web design for eh 2 yrs or so. I pick up on things quickly but jquery is new to me.

The reason I need it is because I have a client who wants pictures posted on the homepage of some of her models. She wants something "slick". I have looked at some jquery tutorials and some are nice. I haven't tried any yet!

I'll check out hotscripts and see what I find.
