Just wondering if you could possibly help me our set me in the right direction!

I'm looking to subscribe to RSS Feed, but Ive never used this before and don't know much about it!

TEAM talk Rangers Page is what I'm trying to get!

Though I'm quite puzzled and not sure on what to do?

Ive been reading up on that for the past half an hour and I got myself An RSS Reader and have set up the Feed, All working Good!

One thing though, How do i take these RSS Feeds and integrate them into my PHP Website, So that they update them self or Would I just need to do that manually?
