To start, your entire site is centered, you should have some sort of column structure, whether it is 2, 3 , 4 column etc.

Your navigation is difficult to read and understand. Try using a different color font, that might help it stand out. Also I would try to keep it to one bar, use drop down menus if you have to.

I would decrease the size of the logo by about 50%

I think with those suggestions you should be on your way. Make those changes and then repost the link and ill give you some more tips.
