Hello,

I have re-designed my main site http://www.isdproductions.com Some of you may notice its alot another site I have http://www.technologytutorials.org its part of a branding process I'm creating for my sites. Let me know what you think, thanks

I did notice the similarities, I would perhaps experiement with a different color glow, so that whilst it has the same theme, there is some differentiation between the sites.
Also, I would make the color of the text links darker so that it stands out better.

you should use same type of picture for all services (spider is a real one, the others are clipart)
the links should be in a darker color to be read easier
try add some styles to your fonts
the outer glow color isn't going with me

else: the site is well organised and simple

i feel the same way about the spider, but i couldn't find a spider in clipart that i liked, you know any good ones?

I think some of your text graphics should be antialiased a little, particularly your logo going diagonally, it seems like it's a different quality than the rest of your text images.

Thanks for the tip mineh, thats actually just the font I used, i'll look into changing that, I don't want people thinking I can't optimize images correctly
