Probs with WYSIWYG editors

well i have some WYSIWYG editors with both HTML and visual editor but the prob with them is that when I type ou tthe HTML and switch to visual editor ...all the code gets scattered an d hard to understand.

Does anyone here know of a editor which has no such problems.
