Problem in table code

When I view this page (in progress) in IE it is OK. But when I view it in Firefox the left navigation links (hydraulic/pneumatic and others) slide down the page. I know this has something to do with the table, but I can't figure it out. Can someone please look at the code and tell me what is causing this? THanks so much!!

I can't see any navigation links on Internet Explorer either. I looked at the code and I'm not really sure, but perhaps it is the rowspan=2 that is causing problems.

Also, you may want to make the top left picture a link back to the homepage.
