First of all i think the logo is great. It's stylish and representing of the company and hangs well together with the rest of the design you've been creating.
Though, i think that the representative pictures that you have on the startpage are alittle blending, they look really much alike and that takes away the effect of having them in pictures. Maybe you can try to make them alittle more representative for each part, or take away the pictures completely hand just have big text links.
That's just something i think most viewers expect from links and icons and the relationship in between.
In other i think the design looks good and proffessional. It's never unclear what you're primal focuses are and the text and sale-pitches are well woven into it.
So yeah, nice job
