We are in the process of polishing off our web site and would appreciate any comments on the content and/or design. We are a group of young, educated and trained individuals and would like to present ourselves in a professional manner, but not seem like we are trying to be old and boring. Creativity and technicality is key.

I would get rid of the two empty light grey square boxes above and below the colored navigation boxes.
