play music file (mp3) without opening another window

Hi,
I created my first ever website. Very simple. But I like it :)
I have a page where I placed my demo files.

I typed a song name. Created hyperlink to the file (1M mp3).
Now when I click on the link it opens empty page and shows quick player.
To go back I have to click Back button.
What I need to do in order to keep a player on the same page where my links
are.
