Phonegap/cordova Touch effect for images

Hello to all members!

When I put normal links, I have the normal touch effects (blue square) on my android tablet.
But when I have image link, this touch effect is dissapeared.
How can this be fixed ?
How can I have in image links, the same touch effect ????
