Perl script template modification

Hi friends, I am looking for some help on template modification of directory script http://www.rlaj.com/Business_Directory_V2_0_1.html

it is free script and i need 2 changes:

1) beautify the template design of whole site

2) remove all countries feature and instead leave only one country and its cities..to localise website.

if anyone willing to help and get in touch , i can pay slittle money.

Are you sure you want to use that particular Business Directory script? I can provide you with a much better script and template to go with it.
