Im making a games website and in each page with the flash game i would like below some way for my visitors to be able to rate the game ? Is this possible ?

yes, it is possible.

if your server parse PHP, do a search on google for something like

php rating script

there are thousands, and most are free, usually its just a matter of adding the code where you want it to show
