Page content disaster!!

I know I'm going to feel very dumb about this but I cannot figure out why my content on my web page is getting out of whack/order when I minimize the screen. I have all my widths set to 100% or 1000em, and position fixed. I had it fixed already but when I was changing some other code...not sure which one...it did it again!? Now I'm really confused. I'm sure it's something simple (I hope)..

Please help! Feel free to poke fun at me if it's right in front of my nose

Off the top of my head without seeing your page...

the problem is the fixed position. Why are you using it for content?
