OE signature

Hi

I have a client who wants to send emails via outlook express but have a graphical background to them. So I was thinking of a signature. But now he wants his email text to go over the image. Is this possible?

If his email is set to send at an html document, yes he can do this. I don't know the exact steps because I, personally, hate having to try to read text over colorful backgrounds and what have. A background will be different from a signature however.
