No tax-ID - Am needing all-in-one CC/Shopping cart solution

Just started my first business website but ..stupid me..I used paypals' free service and I did not realize it's making my customers sign up for paypal just to pay me. So, I've gotten no sales.

Question: Could somebody please direct me to a legitimate, inexpensive company online that has an all-in-one merchant bank/shopping cart solution that does NOT require a Tax-ID number or business license?

Why are they signing up? You can pay through Paypal without an account. It should give them the option on the Paypal landing page.
