Newbie help for FSBO site

I am hoping that you guys can help me out. I Want to start my FSBO site but need some help getting started. I have made websites before but never one where users can sign up and create their own listing. What is the best way to go about this? Can you link to some good resources for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Go with Wordpress, there are loads of guides and documentation on the web and it is extremely easy to get on with!
