It's nice and simple, looks good. I just don't like the bits such as 'Knowledge' being so close to that table below.

I think the site looks quite good as well, but agree with the comments above about the overlapping effect of the "knowledge, navigation, accessible" text.

In my browser (IE 6) the dashed white line that runs the entire height of the page is very buggy: http://starshadow.com/~riley/buggyline.gif

When I rollover one of those checkboxes or resize the page, it snaps back to normal, which is pretty distracting.
