well, I assume you may get some offers from designers here. If you do not, you can try crowd-sourcing the logo.That is, in a crowdsourcing website you would call for your logo to be designed. Many artists will compete for the design, and you choose which logo you like best.

you can find royalty free clip-art online for free... but it tends to come out looking like that's what you used :S

well, for starters, you can try getting the logo a bigger size.. .its just too small.. .imho.. .also, i think can scout the net for inspiring logo.. .corporate ones.. .
