Need help or info on interactive table content

Hi all,

I am new and starting in the web designing world...I would like to know how to go about creating a interactive table...

i am curently working on a gym site, where i want to have a table where the clients can sign in and put in the weight and time they used while training so they can keep track of there progress and that everyone can see...

could some one please point me in the right direction on how to create such a table....

If you have to ask that question, and you're on a near-future deadline the it's probably a good idea to pay someone else to do it )

It's not as simple as 'making tables'!

no i dont have any deadlines...its for personal use....but i will check for tutorials...
thanks and if ever it becomes a deadline i will keep you in mind
