I'm looking for a good Missing Persons Database PHP Script to help people find their love ones on HaitiRecovery.org

I need something similar to MissingU by NBdesign but it has to be written in PHP:

Google mussing persons or missing kids. There is a website that has a code you can put on your website that lists missing children. I don't recall which site but I'll try to find it in the morning.
