menuBar(items) won't center!

hi,

I tried lots of stuff and tips, but I can't get the menuBar(links) to center the same way both in firefox and chrome (IE out of scope for the time being).

Because normally there shouldn't be a great difference between FF & CHR and I got the tip to adjust the font/radius-properties, I even deleted the old menuBar and made a new one, without too much CSS-properties (radius, font, webkit/moz). But still it won't work?

>> clearly I had put the wrong images here. But in the mean time, by adjusting the CSS-properties I think I solved the issue (as far as I can see): both in FF & CHR the top menubar is centered correcly and identical.
