Menu - Need a little help

Hi there, I'm a relatively new web design. I'm trying to create a particular type of menu and needed a little help.

I want to recreate a menu such as the one used here:

http://www.waterworks.com/

In particular, i want to make a menu that 'drop's' down and then retracts up. Is it possible to recreate such an effect.

Any ideas/suggestions ?

No this was a one time freak accident that can never be recreated ever ever ever!



Okay if you're still with me after my rude... This would be easily recreated with Jquery using the slideToggle() method.
