Mambo cms intergration

We currently have a cms that needs to be implemented with the following design http://www.townplanners.com.au/index(previous).php – currently we have it installed on a linux server but are having troubles getting the design implemented ( http://www.townplanners.com.au/index.php )

The cms is Mambo cms

Let me know if you can do this, and what price we would be looking at – the price needs to be fixed – and we need a approx timeframe

I guess I'm a little confused. Are you looking for a freelancer? I looked at the links in your sig and noted that you offer CMSs on your site which is where my confusion begins.

I've never worked with Mambo. Is there a templating system included with the cms?

yes we need a developer to finish off the inplementation of mambo cms for a client - and we are looking for a fixed priced quote and approx timeframe
