    Please tell me some main website designing tools name ?

    Paper and pencil [or pen(s) if you prefer], GIMP, Inkscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator even Paint as a last resort

    depends on your skill level and what you know. you could always use a drag and drop tool like rvsite builder, wix and so on. You could also use adobe muse to build out a site design.

    If you have photoshop skills then use that and then slice up the design and code it up.

    and for the coding side... Brackets, TextWrangler, Coda, Aptana, Sublime Text... the list goes on and on... note pad, notepad++

    You really need to find something more up to date to copy and paste from, Macromedia ceased to exist TEN YEARS AGO, when they were bought out by Adobe.

    Where do you get this information from???? "Adobe something"... the heck is that???? "Flash is the best program for web animation"... no, how about javascript, jquery, and CSS3 and not have to rely on a 3rd party plugin to view content... Visual Basic 2003 and 2005... What era were you born in... Look... You obviously have no earthly idea what you are talking about & this is obviously not your profession.
