Logo adjustment in Photoshop

Hi,

I have a photo image of a logo that I want to use on a website. See attached screen shot. Would it be possible to skew and transform this logo so that it is a proper circular shape and not like an ellipse. Or am I better off starting from scratch and re-creating the logo in Photoshop or Illustrator?

It'd be a lot quicker and easier to recreate that in Illustrator really. It's not too complicated so shouldn't really take more than a few minutes.
