Jquery toggle menu acting crazy

I had to build a page outside a wordpress website to satisfy a client's desire for a picture to fill up the page.

I am using a drop down menu that is acting completely crazy. I have used this coding before and it worked fine. Now, when you click on the mobile nav menu button, the list drops down, but it automatically goes to the home page, which is the wordpress website.

I have the coding, jquery script, jquery link and html on the same page, so you can right click=>view source and see everything.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Actually ... .. You can't!

Well you can, but it's just a heap of compressed javascript with no way of knowing what the hell does what.
