Is Google consider No follow Links?

I have heard that google doesn't consider the no-follow link, can any one tell me Google counts the no follow link or not?

No, Google does not count no-follow links.

They cannot read the no-follow links and hence it is a backdraw for the websites. Such websites do not get any help from search engine optimization.

Google do not crawl nofollow links so these links cannot have any influence on rankings. That does not mean that nofollow links are worthless. Wikipedia and Twitter links are nofollow but still have high value because they can get you lot of traffic and indirectly can get you some dofollow links. Example: someone is researching a topic and, of course, visits Wikipedia and finds under references your site. Then he could decide to link to your site from his article/blog post. The same goes for Twitter links.

No, Google doesn't count them as backlinks. But nofollow links are STILL links. They can generate traffic to your site. They are valuable.
