image moves when browser resize

I have a test site at techsaviour.com and I have a Joomla template that I am testing. I cant seem to get the top logo to stay with the rest of the template when resizing the browser. It is inline now. I tried it as a background image as well and it does the same thing. I would like to keep it inline so I can link it, any suggestions?

Hey Brad, Did you get this fixed? It works in Firefox for me as I believe it should. What'd you do to fix it?
