I am looking for a freelance web designer to create PSD files. Sometimes, I get application development projects so PHP and MySQL knowledge would be a plus but not required. However, the right person should be creative, familiar with web Web 2.0, usability basics and able to integrate layout design with web conversion rules (I can help with that).
