I am looking for a tool that simulates the Google webmaster tools keywords listing. Or something like that.

I've found online "search engine spider simulator" which just shows me the text on a single page. Another tool will show me keyword density on a single page.

What I want is a tool that will look at my whole website (~200 pages) and tells me how the search engines will see my top keywords & phrases.

I'm not really quite sure what kind of tool you're looking for. But here's what I usually use: http://www.webmaster-toolkit.com/search-engine-simulator.shtml to strip out the HTML tags from the pages of my site.
