.htaccess kills javascript

Hello people form the webdesignforums,

I use a .htaccess file to rewrite urls on one of my websites.

Now i fixed this javascript on a normal test page -->

http://slideshowjs.com/welcome/

But my htaccess completly kills it on one of my running sites,

Any1 any idea to fix it?

Am not an expert on this. But if you could show us the code that would a lot better.
