how to set a margin based on a psd mockup?

Hello,
How do I determine the margins of things from a psd file (mockup) in order to be able to set it correctly in the CSS?

I'm working from a .psd mockup (which I've never done before), and need to figure out how to find out what the margins and such are so I can write the CSS to make it look like the psd.
