How to let user browse your website and cache your files instantly?

this is the website i edited from flashmo.com flash template,

i facing a problem, whatever page you click ( well only 4 pages there )
it will loading a xml, sometime my website will stuck on loading those xml page

what i mean is, sometime my website will fail on loading my xml file...

is there anyway to let user cache your website file such as jpg, xml, flv, for avoid fail loading like my website?

I see your loading problems. I know flash can be a resource hog and be a bit glitchy (which is why many phone OS's do not support it). Although this doesn't solve your immediate problem, I would suggest avoid flash and try for an HTML5 alternative, especially for search engine optimizing purposes.

well i'd like to build a website with HTML+CSS too, but this website is request by my boss and he does not accept HTML+CSS, this is a problem too

oh dealing with bosses! lol I see. You can try preloading with CSS or JavaScript in the HTML document http://perishablepress.com/press/2009/12/28/3-ways-preload-images-css-javascript-ajax/

However since you are using flash, I dont know if it will help as flash might do something different with its internet cache.
