I am finishing my website IQCatch www.iqcatch.com a niche dating website and was wondering now how to increase web traffic to the website, any ideas will be useful.

I my opinion there are two ways of increasing traffic to your website one is search engine optimization and second is social media optimization. Both have very good amount of traffic which can be target for any website. For SEO you need to be very surly about keywords which you select.
