The best way to find blogs that allow do follow links is to use the search status add on. You need to use Firefox and then download the add on at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/321/
Once the add on is installed, no follow links are highlighted.

Well I think the SEOquake plugin is best as it can put a line through any links that are nofollow. It also does a lot of really smart SEO stuff. I have tried it and it really very helpful in finding Do follow blogs easily.
