How to add a live chat box to my site?

Hi guys,

I'm not exactly a tech guy but I'm thinking about adding a live chat box on my shopping site, something like this: http://livechat.comm100.com/. Whatever, I can buy the service if needed but is there any possibility that I can do it by myself? How? Anyone have some open source?

Theres quite a few. If you have a hosting account that uses cpanel, they may also be using fantastico-de-lux and they have all sorts of free live chat software on it if not search free php live chat software, you my be surprised at what you find
