The most important thing is to listen to what they want and then provide a solution to each point they raise. Offer them a price and leave it with them. If they say that is too much then instead of lowering the price add an additional service that won't take up too much of your time but will still add value to the client. For example you could add an email capture form or a free terms/privacy page. It is important to get the balance right.
