How do I cost my webbased product/service

Hi,

I am trying to calculate how much I will charge for users to use my web based product. The site has been designed and it links loads of services together, however I am unsure on how much I should be charging for a 12 month licence which gives the user access to services and people.

Can any one point me in the right direction?

Compare it to other services that are similar... ask clients how much they would normally pay for the services. Then look at what makes your service different and change the cost slightly based on that. You will also need to look at hosting costs and work out roughly how many clients you will need to break even and see if the cost will allow you to make some money (too cheap and you wont cover what you are spending, too expensive and you wont get clients)
