i do HTML, XTML, CSS and such. i've been trying to make a website with the same format as www.kotaku.com or www.hypebeast.com. so to add an news entry all i have to do is submit it. Do i need to know PHP? is there any basic code/template? i guess what i'm asking is that what are the basics to create a blog w/o using blogger and such.
