I`m new to web design and programming. I will be studying this in colledge soon but wanted to get a head start on things by getting a PHP script and modifying it to see what happens by my changes. Anyway i got a working script, what do i need to open and modiy .php files, and finally how do i set it up on a local network to see how it all looks before launching it. Sorry if these are stupid questions but we all have to start somewhere
