Here We Go Again. Third Time's A Charm

Well, I took your advice and tried Wordpress. What a FREAKING brain vacuum. lol

Once I got the hang of it, my site was slow as hell in spite of loading optimizing plugins. Once I got the plugins installed, it was a foreign language.

So, I decided to try Weebly, and got the site built in a couple hours. What a relief. When my business takes off, I'll get a professional site. Until then, this will work. Still have tweaking to do on the SEO. I wanted a clean site to convey what my product will do for a seriously injured horse.

By the way, THANK YOU for suggesting I add a warning about the graphic photos. Very good advice.

If you have anymore tips, I appreciate, and listen to your advice.

Once again, TA DA: http://resolvewound.com

What's with the...

Well I'm glad you asked. I removed the header png image from the theme. I obviously don't know what I'm doing when it comes to code. When I ran the site thru a page analysis, this is what came up:

The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.
http://devel.www2.dragndropbuilder.com/editor/images/images/blank.gif
http://resolvewound.com/files/theme/banner-bot.png?962159
http://resolvewound.com/files/theme/banner-mid.png?962159
http://resolvewound.com/files/theme/banner-top.png?962159

Could you please tell me how I remove this?

Thanks, I'm not crazy about it, but many of my customers are in rural areas & don't have the fastest connection so I need something that loads fast and is easy to navigate.

I completely understand. You need a minimalistic design to get your site to load quicker for slower internet connection. I'm glad that even as a novice you're able to build a site based on your target audience. Kudos to you sir. I wish all up and coming web designers were as smart as you.

Um, I'm a ma'am. hahaha Thank you!!!!!! :) Thanks for your input and help.
The "Code corrupted. Insert fresh copy." message was showing up last night, but now I don't see it. Is it very visible on my site?

much prefer the second version you showed us
what i don't lie about this is that you have two images fighting for attention on the front page, and two logos. also all that text in the banner isn't indexable. (and 2 images means longer loading time)

move the image logo (just the resolve wound - prevent...horses) as the logo to the bit where you have real text at the top - and the pale blue makes me think of new born babies :)

i would put the nice horse picture from the bottom of the front page into the the header image (take that one away) then put the about us text on the front page.

funny, i would have thought his was your first design ;)
this design is weak: it looks weak (colours and faded imagery and copy text. i would also move testimonials to before purchase - contact is nearly always the last item on the menu, and testimonals is better coming after the "what is this product" and before the "how do i buy this product"

Thank you, Dave!!!!!! I just got so fed up with wordpress. It was taking all my time, my site was slow as hell, and I couldn't figure out the plugin settings to speed it up. I just said forget it. I will def. use your great advice! :)

OK semi fixed it. I agree!!! The BABY BLUE BLOW OUT has to go. It came with that theme, and I will run the main image thru a color generator to find a good font color. :)

You might want to remove the counter at the very bottom if possible. You hardly ever see professional sites with one on there. You might also want to make the facebook logo bigger. I barely saw it.

Lookin' good. Bless you for the content warnings. I've about decided that if I ever get a horse I'm going to heavily pad every fence and gate it could come into contact with.

On the Hip Cut / Tivo page, the picture of him all healed up is on there twice.

Thank you. I didn't know that tacky counter was showing. It's from a statcounter script, so I removed the counter. Ashe, if you get a horse, you know what product will fix him! :)
