I have been trying a few things trying to get the nav bar at the top right of this site to sit right and have rollover images. I don't know how to do it, I am ready to smash my Powerbook, please help.

The link images are making the logo on the left raise up and the whole header expand down more than I want it to. here is what I want it to look like:
