Help with Creating Backround Image

I need help creating a background image consisting of 3 colors(Red White and Black). This is for the body background of a website!

Give us a bit more detail, do you mean a gradient fading background with those colours, or solid panels ?

You may just want to try doing a Google search for something like: background image generator. There's a lot of options out there that will let you set parameters like colors, patterns, etc and will create a file for you to use.

http://www.stripegenerator.com/ is one example that I just found, but there's plenty of others out there.

This can also be achieved in code through css 3 (though not fully supported on all browsers)

Depends on what exactly your looking for! You can simply take three images and put them together to creat something unique or have a web designer give you a hand.
