Google launches the "+1 button"

Google has rolled out a +1 button. If you have a google profile, and are logged in, you'll be able to +1 a website, and those within your google network will see it... a bit fb like's

I'm curious to see what effect the +1 will have. The advantage that Google has, is that it can factor that information into algorithms if it wants to.
