Good idea for a web page?

I am relatively new to web design and can only create somewhat simple web pages. I was wondering if anyone here would think a daily tutorial web page would be a good idea. I am thinking the page with have one banner add, a few web page adds, and a video going into detail about a certain skill like house remodeling or cooking. The tutorial would be free and their would be an archive with all the lessons and tutorials. Would this be a difficult thing to achieve?

If you want to update your website daily, I would recommend that you use a platform such as WordPress. It is free, reasonable easy to use and you can get free themes for it.
