The red text is hard to read against the black background.
I would get rid of the White box which says welcome, it looks odd, and doesnt really serve a purpose.
Also not too keen on the animated effect for the text logo.
The navigation buttons are nice, as is the rollover effect.

check for grammar and spelling mistakes. on the donations box and who owns the site.
align the welcome box to match the red letters
change the color of the font to white
