Does anybody know how I could set up a website like these?

They use Facebook's social plugin. When text is entered in the field and the 'create like'/'like' button is pressed the site creates a new page for the entered text AND loads the social 'like' plugin which allows the new page to be liked on Facebook.
I don't know anything about PHP but do have a few books handy. If anyone could point my in the right direction it would be appreciated.
