facebook like bottom links

i'm new to webdesign and currently experimenting on a few scripts here and there. i want to develop a website that has links at the bottom of the webpage directly above the status bar of the browser which looks similar to facebooks links at the bottom. for clarification you can also check http://cbsnews.com
there is something similar with "connect with facebook and twitter links on it.

Can anyone please show me how this is done. I'm very grateful for your assistance. thanks

In the bottom status bar provides log in to cbsnews.com with facebook and twitter. And adding this type of website addons is helpful for visitor for quicker log in. But how it can be possible to set a website? it is a question of me also!

It is very easy to use Worpdress with Facebook plugin installation. So my recommendation is to use this type of website. Otherwise you have to study all the PHP programing for facebook.
