Expected price for a music website?

I am wondering what would be an approximate price for a website with 2-3 pages with a music player and paypal implementation? This includes the programming and graphics design.

Also, bare with me... If I purchased such a website that was made for me completely from ground up, would I be able to manage the graphic design as far as pictures go or would it be too difficult for a beginner such as myself?

If it's as simple as it sounds, about £350-£400 would cover it.

You could work with the designer to include your graphic design, but integrating it yourself without any web development knowledge would be a bit tricky. One way to do this would be to produce screenshots of the various pages. Make them to scale (so about 960px wide).
